Sponsor a Houston CFUG Meeting
Sponsors of our monthly user group meetings agree to provide:
- Food, usually some pizzas
- Beverages, usually canned sodas
- Optionally, small door prizes or giveaways.
In return, sponsors get:
- A few minutes at the beginning of the meeting to pitch their product/service to attending members
- Literature about your products and services made available to the attendees during the meeting
- An invite to hang out with meeting attendees after the meeting
- Mention and link in the meeting announcements
- Mention, logo, and link on front page of the houcfug.org web site
- The gratitude and admiration of the Houston ColdFusion User Group member body (and, let’s face it, you can’t put a price tag on ‘street cred’!)
The cost of sponsorship runs about $3 per attendee. We ask our members to RSVP in order to get a pizza/soda count tally prior to our meetings.
Our meeting events are held on the 2 nd Wednesday of every month from 6:30 to 8pm at the Art Institute of Houston.
